runtime error

I've uninstalled ATI Catalyst, Norton INternet Security and run Registry Mechanic to fix the registry but I still get the runtime error message after entering the product key. I get to the page for accepting the EULA and within about thirty seconds the runtime error occurs. Any other suggestions to fix this problem?
